Tips to get rid of dark circles under the eyes

So are you suffering from dark circles?? Have you ever tried to get rid of them?? No? Yes? Ok... Let's dive in and find some amazing tips. I know at least one of those tips would give you a best result.
But, before go directly into the tips... Let's find out what are the causes to these dark circles. It is better to know about the causes of any issue before doing the treatments right??
Main cause
Lack of sleep
Sleep is really important. Do you know that 98% of the reasons for dark circles is lack of sleep. Lack of sleep may be divided into 2 categories. What are they?? One is no sufficient hours of sleep, meaning that you don't get the minimum hours of sleep. Your sleep should be proceeded at least for 6 hours. The second one is the non continuous sleep, meaning that your sleep is disturbed. Well, if you wake up several times during your sleep for any reason.... well that is not a very good sign. You should have a continuous sleep.
So.. how would these reasons caused dark circles? The thing is this. We call this sleep deprivation. The process that happen here is ....the increasement of blood flow because of the dilated blood vessels. Did you notice that, the skin where dark circles are formed ( Skin under your eyes ) is very thin? Did you touch there now? It is thin right? Well; therefore, the increasement in blood flow is highly visible there. Why?? Since, your skin is thin there, the change in blood vessels are also visible. The blood fluid is kept highly near your eyes. Therefore, your skin tone around there become more darker than your normal skin tone.

NO 01. A good amount of sleep
I think you already know that, a person should sleep at least 6 hours per day. Well, it should be continuous. Not like you sleep 2 hours in the day and 4 hours in the night. That is not how it supposed to be. If you do not get a proper sleep your eyes look so tired right? If you continue that un-continuous sleep... well...you will be ended up with dark circles.And, if you sleep on your back, it can also help to reduce dark circles. Why??? There is no pressure on your eyes when you sleep like that. If you sleep sideward ( to right or left), there is a certain amount of pressure for your eyes. And that can cause blood to rush under your eyes making that skin much darker.
NO 02 . Best Eye Creams
Well, there are lots of eye creams in the market. But, out of those only few creams might help you to reduce dark circles. You should be careful when you are choosing the eye creams. Because some may can make the things worse. Some can be allergic to you, or harmful or even carcinogenic. Since you are applying the cream around your eye area, you must be extra careful.
There are some best products you can try. Some can be used in both day and night while others are night creams. Some are Oriflame evenout eye cream, Oriflame pink tender care protecting balm, CeraVe eye protecting cream and Cetaphil eye cream.

Alright. these days people are more interested in natural things to help their day to day life. Even in cosmetics. The number one thing that is going to pop into your mind when talk about a natural solution for dark circles is...........cucumber right? The cucumber slices?
CUCUMBER
Cucumber is rich in Vitamin K. And vitamin K helps to reduce the dark circles. Also cucumber is capable of inhibiting an enzyme which helps to produce melanin. If melanin can not be produced, that means your skin remains lighter. Also cucumber is very hydrating and it will help your skin to be freshen and prevent from the dehydrating.
TURMERIC POWDER
Who knows that turmeric powder can help you to reduce eye circles??? Well, it can. It have some antioxidant properties that can help to reduce darker patches.
And......there are few ways you can apply turmeric powder paste under your eyes. Here are some 3 methods.
- 2 table spoons of turmeric powder with 1 tea spoon of lime juice and mixed with water until a smooth paste formed.
- 2 table spoons of turmeric powder with 1 and 1/2 tea spoon of yoghurt and make a smooth paste.
- 2 table spoon of turmeric powder and 2 table spoons of aloe vera gel and prepare a smooth paste by mixing.
And here are some other tips you can try to ger rid of the dark circles.
1. Wash eyes with rose water
2. Drink more water to keep your skin hydrated
3. Stop using the phone for long hours at night while the lights are off
4. Be careful with the cosmetics you choose.
