Do you agree with me if I say that, the human mind is the greatest and the most amazing machine in the world?? For me it is.. And yet. the scientists are understanding the processes in our brain. Overthinking... We all think but overthinking??????? It's beyond thinking. Overthinking lets you to think to the depth of the cause or a thing or a problem you have. But, the happiest news is that you can overcome your overthinking patterns; if you try.
In this article 5 ways of overcoming overthinking will be discussed.

First of all let's clearly look at the helping patterns of overcoming overthinking. There are 5. You can try all of these or 4 or 3 or...at least one.
NO 02. Box Breathing
Box breathing is a exercise you can try very easily. All you have to do is first, breath in for 4 seconds and then, hold your breath for 4 seconds and breathe out within 4 seconds finally, hold your breathe for another 4 seconds.

NO 03. Accept Your Weaknesses
Do you know your weaknesses? Do you accept them? When you know what you can do and what you are capable of it is easy for you. Why?? It is because that when you accept who you are and know your flaws it lets you to know about your limits.
Let's take an example. Let's say that you are weak at some subject and the exam is coming soon. Will you be stressed out? Will you start overthinking? Tell me will that make you pass the exam OR let you fall apart more than you ever imagine.
You understood that you are bad at a certain subject. Then, stop overthinking about that weakness over and over. It WON'T help. Don't overthink about that weakness. Start knowing about it and then take action. Try to study hard or ask for help. You are not alone. There are many people you can get help from. So, why just sit and wait there overthinking?? You have to take action to overcome that weakness; unless overthinking strategy will make you weaker in that subject and also create a weaker personality in your life.

What do you like to do when you are free???
Any hobbies? Any interests in something? OR...
Have any ideas about a business? A dream???
Then..........is overthinking things bothering you?? Then here is a tip to overcome it.
Let that little something you like make you busy.
If you have a strong intention on a good thing; start doing it. Don't wait till the last moment. Have a hobby. Have a favorite activity to do. Help others. Volunteer in social activities. Make your life a little bit busy and happy. Why???
When you are busy, you don't have long time spaces to think about the things you already don't like. You have things to do. When you are busy involving in things, your mind is active. But please don't be stressed out. That will leads you to overthink. You may be busy. But don't that "being busy" use as an excuse to your other things. For an example if you had 2 tasks to do....Do them properly at the given time. Time management is important. Let's talk about time management in another article. Yet, remember that not to wait until the dead line. Organize things. Have a plan. That will make things easy for you. You won't be stressed and overthought about the things you couldn't finish.
For another example.. Let's say you like to cook. When you feel like; you are overthinking....... Just keep calm. And start cooking a meal. It can be a meal you have never tried before. So many cooking channels are in You tube. You can try. Your mind would be relaxed and.... for a bonus point you would be able to taste a yummy food.
