Dark chocolate or Coffee???


All around the world you may able to find chocolate lovers and coffee lovers.Out of those two what is your favourite? Do you like both? But have  you ever eaten or drunk them to relieve your stress? If not, this article is for you. Of course, true that people say chocolate cause diabetes, but is eating sugar is the one and only reason for diabetes? NO! Some may say coffee isnt good for your stomach health. Anyone who is wiling to release stress except people with " Diabetes" and "Gastritis" here are two golden food.

NO 1. Dark chocolate

First of all if you aint a dark chocolate lover just jump into the coffee part below👇. Dear chocolate lovers, you must have seen people eating chocolates specially when they study for an exam. But, do you know the reason? Yes! To release stress. Dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids, a polyphenol. It is capable of maintaining low blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. Your blood pressure is high when you are stressed, so why won't you eat a piece of dark chocolate when you are stressed? Also, dark chocolate stimulates neural activity in brain that associated with pleasure. Pleasure is the opposite of stress. 

                           There is an indirect benefit too, dark chocolate (dc) can make you loose weight. Scientific researches have found that people with obesity are more likely to be stressed. If dc can prevent you from gaining unnecessary weight, you can prevent from being stressed too. Furthermore, an interesting fact is that, dark chocolate is more effective in females. WHY? Dc helps to maintain hormone balance in females. Specially it is highly effective to relieve from menstrual cramps by relaxing uterine muscles by  Magnesium in Dc. Also Dc is capable of reducing stress hormone Cortisol and boost up the mood by producing Serotonin.


NO 2. Coffee

Hey there coffee lovers let's have a cup of hot coffee to release stress.

                                                  When you are stressed you may pull your hair, start overthinking or may try to sleep? But why won't you boil a kettle and make a cup of coffee to cheer your mind; maybe while listening to a soothing music? Yes, we can do that. Simple!  All you need is a packet of good smelling coffee. Caffeine is included in coffee. A strong compound which can make your stress go far away from your mind and body. And coffee is a magic drink that can help you not to be depressed. Coffee can regulate your mood positively by producing more and more Dopamine. As in dark chocolate coffee also contains a polyphenol which decrease your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. A hot tasty coffee may let you feel blossomed and fresh.

Anyway it's on you not to be addicted, else you will end up with other health issues because everything has its' own limits!!!

Conclusion

You may find that both dark chocolate and coffee would make you feel relaxed by releasing your stress. Without stress everything is wonderful.
